Razvan Dimitrie Airinei
CEO & Founder
Razvan Dimitrie Airinei is a hospitality professional and entrepreneur who creates businesses for the LGBTQ+ community. As a operational staff and university tutor for hospitality events, Razvan specializes in digital marketing, graphic design, and social media. He particularly loves creating apps, websites, and platforms.
Working and studying in different countries has allowed him the chance to appreciate diversity and learn multiple languages. His passion is communicated through numerous projects focused on inclusion and acceptance of different minorities notably the LGBTQIA+ community in society.
Griselda
Head of Marketing & Social Media
Griselda is a marketing and hospitality professional who is experienced in event planning and digital marketing. As a fresh graduate, she delights in creative activities that involve design and social media. She has a strong passion for organizing events such as TEDx, banquets, as well as sports competitions, and leisure activities.
Griselda's experience in managing projects and teams, along with her people person attributes, reflected her care for building communities. Queerise, ultimately, becomes the perfect blend of all her interests and experience.
Chloe Cachat
Mindfulness Expert
As a Sylvotherapy professional, sound healer, and travel enthusiast, she inherited her gifts to share mindfulness practices during her trips to South America and Nepal.
Chloe thinks that nature is so kind to guide us and offer us the opportunity to heal season after season, and she is happy to transmit the benefits of this kind of living with our Queerisers.
She practices the philosophy of life of druidism which comes from the Celts. This way of life is oriented toward nature, its rhythm, trees, and animals. Chloe thinks that every year is cyclical just like life and that each season has its own way of healing. and she is excited to show that during the weekend retreats or activities on the different Queerventures.
